A photo tutorial by: Paulien van den Bosch
Using the April Main Kit Hello Beautiful Collection
Choose the papers you want, for your back ground. And trim the top one in the size you want. mine is 9 x 9.5 inch
Distress all the edges. To give my page some interest, I painted the top part of the paper ( in a sand-ish color) and add some masking.
Add, randomly, some acrylic paint to the background paper, using a spatula or credit card and add some masking.
Place a rubon, right under your top layer (at the bottom) and add some strips of lace.
To make a fold open element, cut 2 pieces of paper like in the picture below.
Glue it together like in the picture below.
Paint the inside, to create an all over joual spot and add some texture by using molding paste and a stencil. Let it dry.
Here's a little detail picture for ya.
Distress the edges and ink them up. Place your photo's.
Sorry for the bad photo's I used. My printer died.
Use your (button) packaging, for layering and detail work.
Glue them down to your background. I glued mine in an angle.
Dress up that gorgeous Blue Fe Chippie and add it to your page.
(Optional) Add some eyelets to your fold out element and run some twine through it. Glue the whole part in place. (you could even glue it like a pocket to have extra place for pictures or joualing)
Add your embellishments.
Add a title and some details, using the SRM stickers, And you're done!
And here it is opened up. I left the inside blanc, for my daughter to joual.
I hope you liked it.April 15, 2013 at 4:32 pm #207665April 15, 2013 at 4:40 pm #207666
Paulien, that is amazing! I love how you can throw the green in there and it looks fabulous!!
"Some cars look like they're going fast when they're standing still. The Camaro looks like it's going to beat you unconscious, put you in a silly hat, invite a couple of other Camaros over to take photos of you, then e-mail them to all your friends and co-workers. Call me crazy, but I like that in a car."April 15, 2013 at 6:35 pm #207667April 15, 2013 at 6:48 pm #207668
