I hope you guys don't mind me asking for help, especially since I haven't been posting much, but I have this photo that I really need some help with and you guys are my photo gods.

(If you are kinda faint-hearted though, you may not want to check this photo out as it is my son and another wounded war hero.)

Anyway, this is myself, Kevin, Joel and his his parents. I would really like some different options, but am really interested in some b&w versions – maybe with a warm tint to it.

I inserted it here as a thumbnail.

Thanks in advance! And I promise to start being more active soon. I am just in a kind of depression and have to force myself to try to join the world again in whichever way I can.

Aw, Leslie! I was just thinking about you yesterday. We are here for you. Although I can't really help you with photo editing, I can listen. I'm sorry you are feeling blue. I hope you can get out of the funk soon. Scrapping always helps me.

The Camaro looks like it's going to beat you unconscious, put you in a silly hat, invite a couple of other Camaros over to take photos of you, then e-mail them to all your friends and co-workers. Call me crazy, but I like that in a car."

Thanks everyone! I am just in a major depression and am really struggling to pull myself up and out. I am partly blaming it on my running out of money with no possible way to ea any and I am also blaming it all on a guy who had the nerve to be attracted to me. When I couldn't find the time to even give a small amount of effort to a potential relationship, I realized just how much I will never be able to have or do.

At 45 years old, I feel like the person I was is gone. There can be no more Leslie – only Kevin's mom and Kevin's caregiver. I miss me, ya know?

Ack. Well, sorry for crying on your shoulders. I'll get over it – hopefully sooner than later.

Anyway, thanks for the edits. I am hoping to print some photos that will maybe inspire me to scrap? I haven't in months and I would love to start again – it might help my mood, right?

so sorry to hear that you've lost your leslie – i can't imagine what you go thru on a daily basis, all i know is that through all the chaos that is our lives, we as women need some 'me' time, in what ever form that takes. for some it's meditating for 2 min in the bathroom, that may be all you get!
when you have time, even if you aren't in the mood, check the gallery, or any site, and lift something.
i promise, it won't take all the depression away, but it will lift you and remind you of who Leslie is, and what makes her happy.
I wish you nothing but love and happiness, in whatever form it takes, in 2011.

Leslie, I will continue to keep you and your family in my prayers. I hope you can find a little time to scrapbook, because I really think it can help lift spirits and sometimes work through things! Shell is right, you have to find some me time. And as far as crying on shoulders, everyone here has wonderful shoulders for that!!!

                    #82243

Lisa, those are both great edits!
