How does the billing work?
 Subscribers will be billed for kits roughly 10-14 days before their kit is expected to ship. (Make sure you add Krissy @ swirlydoos.com and Payment @ swirlydoos.com to your email list so that your invoice doesn't end up in your junk folder!) If you wish to have your kits sent to you early, the exact billing dates will vary with each kit.  An invoice will be sent to the supplied e-mail address and you will have 5 days in which to pay for your kit.  You may pay using your PayPal account, or any major credit card or bank card. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay your invoice.
*Please Note: ANY KIT WHICH REMAINS UNPAID ON THE 25TH OF THE MONTH WILL GO BACK INTO OUR STOCK AND YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM OUR SUBSCRIBER LIST. If you have been removed from our subscriber list for non-payment you will not be permitted to re-subscribe at the lower price. You will then need to purchase our kits on a month-by-month basis at regular purchase price.


When will my Swirlydoos kit ship?
Providing that your payment has been received by the 25th of the month your kit will be shipped between the 1st and 5th of each month unless a USPS holiday falls within those dates. In the case of a pesky little postal holiday, your kit will ship on the following postal business day. 
If you ask to be a part of our Early Release Program, your kit will ship when all of the product arrives in our office, provided that your kit and any add-ons have been paid for. This can be up to 2 weeks before the kit is released to the public


Do you ship internationally?
 You betcha! Those ladies (and gents) overseas deserve some yummy scrappy goodness too don't they? We will ship overseas via USPS First Class Mail. We bill our international customers for actual shipping costs based on package weight. All international clients are automatically put on our Early Release list.


Can I skip a kit?
Unfortunately at this time we cannot allow kit-skipping. We do understand that sometimes things come up and this request will be handled on a case-by-case basis. E-mail -email-


What if I need to cancel my subscription early?
We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel your subscription early. We will apply a $20.00 early cancellation fee to all subscriptions canceled before the end of their term. Subscription terms are 6 - months.


Will I receive a subscription renewal notice?
No. Once your initial 6 month subscription has been completed, we will continue to automatically send you invoices via email each month. We hope that you are so incredibly in love with our kits and services that you choose to continue to subscribe! Should you wish to cancel your subscription with us after your 6 month term is over, we ask that you give us at least one month notification.
