    Product List:
    Scissors
    Coffee filters
    adhesive of your choice
Glimmer Mist or any color sprays
    non stick craft mat

Cut a circle shape from the coffee filter.

    [img:width=516&height=343]/wp-content/uploads/2014/1327345362_55_FT0_dsc_5799.jpg[/img]

Cut a spiral shape into the circle as shown. Leave a portion intact in the middle to use as the base. Lay the cut out spirals on a craft mat and spray with color.

    [img:width=516&height=343]/wp-content/uploads/2014/1327345362_55_FT0_dsc_5801.jpg[/img]

Bend and crease back the edges on the outer portion of the circle. This will make it easier for the next step.

    [img:width=516&height=343]/wp-content/uploads/2014/1327345362_55_FT0_dsc_5804.jpg[/img]

Starting with the outer edge of your cut spiral, using the handle of a thin paint brush or skewer, start rolling the spiral with the creased back edges to the outside.

When your spiral is rolled to the end, let the middle piece flap up as shown.

    [img:width=516&height=343]/wp-content/uploads/2014/1327346284_55_FT0_dsc_5806.jpg[/img]

Place the adhesive into and around the base of the rose.

    [img:width=516&height=343]/wp-content/uploads/2014/1327346284_55_FT0_dsc_5807.jpg[/img]

Fold your flap over and onto the base of the rose pressing gently to secure the flap.

    [img:width=516&height=343]/wp-content/uploads/2014/1327346284_55_FT0_dsc_5809.jpg[/img]

    This is your finished rose.

These were sprayed with different colored Glimmer Mist.

      These are fun to make!

"Some cars look like they're going fast when they're standing still. The Camaro looks like it's going to beat you unconscious, put you in a silly hat, invite a couple of other Camaros over to take photos of you, then e-mail them to all your friends and co-workers. Call me crazy, but I like that in a car."

Beautiful Lisa. What size coffee filters are you using? I was in the store today and saw 4 different size filters. I'm a non-coffee drinking, so I have no clue?

Wonderful! What color did you use on the purple one? I'm a sucker for purple.

Jackie, I used Glimmer Mist in Deep Plum.
Kim, I had #4 ,so that's the size I used for the tute. I took a pic of them in my hand to demonstrate size. I usually buy the white, but for craft purposes I bought the natural. I like the way the sprays look on them.

Fantastic Lisa! I just love using coffee filter papers, they seem to take the mist spray so well. I can only get natural colour ones, so lovely to see the colours you achieved.
                Thankyou!!
