Hello everyone! I’m late…..VERY late! But I am here – thank to Kim who was so polite to remind me 🙂
For this month’s challenge, I’m keeping it light considering I’ve eaten up a week of your creative process.
Your challenge is to create any layout OR tag that represents your mood. Maybe you are a little sad? or maybe excited about an upcoming vacation or event……anything.
I know our moods can change with the weather, but I know I find myself stuck in a groove of feeling sometimes that lasts a week or two. SO – whats your mood?
Deadline for this challenge will be August 2.
I’ll be back with my finished project.July 7, 2015 at 10:55 pm #402587July 8, 2015 at 12:17 am #402713July 8, 2015 at 12:39 am #402738
What a great challenge Mellisa. It’s very outside the box. Let me think on this.

Diabetes? Ouch! I’ll keep you and that baby in my prayers, Mellisa.
And thanks for this idea, love it!!!

My entry in the July SGC Challenge…
And my mood is “So Excited”!
Why would such a peaceful-looking spot create excitement? Well, as any veteran Swirly Camper knows, this is the Gingerbread Cottage in Bailey, CO and in less than two weeks, it is going to be filled with Swirly Shenanigans!!!!!
I decided to use a bunch of old postcards for my matting, so I figured that plain cardstock (with a bit of stamping) was the better choice for my base.
I’ve been neglecting my dies and punches lately, so I decided to dust a few of them off to create the frame for my photo, as well as my flowers and branches.
The Bo Bunny gems and cardstock butterflies (spritzed with Shimmerz and Lindy’s), as well as the bit of fence, are from my stash. Just about everything else is from my June Boys’ Night Out kit.

LOVE your awesome LO, Peggy! Your flowers are beautiful and I love all the layers and punchwork! I feel “Excited” too, knowing that I will get to enjoy the shenanigans in Bailey with the rest of you! Can’t wait!July 26, 2015 at 3:34 am #421311
