For today I prepped a fun basket filled with tags.
I actually made this project earlier this year, but didn't get around to posting it.
And because of the weather being that rubbish, I thought this would be a great project to do.
    So here we go:

    setpick600.jpg

And here's how I did this. (the printable PDF template will be posted right under this tutorial)

    1pick600.jpg

Cut out the template, and score your lines like this.

    2pick600.jpg

Punch the holes on the top. Ink all the edges.

Glue the box together like this: (see the pictures below)

    3-1pick600.jpg

Place double sided adhesive to this strip of PP.

    3-2pick600.jpg

    Glue it like this.

    3-3pick600.jpg

Put your box upside down, and we start with the smallest flaps.
Place a piece of double sided adhesive, pull backing off and fold the other small flap over it. Flip your box upside down and press on the inside. Flip it back over.

    3-4pik600.jpg

Place a strip of adhesive and fold your back flap first, like this:

    3-5pik600.jpg

    3-6pik600.jpg

Place adhesive like in the above picture and close your box.

    4pik600.jpg

    fold the flaps out

    5pik600.jpg

    6-1pik600.jpg

the handles. Cut 2 strips of 0.75 x 12. Fold in half and glue it.

    6-2pik600.jpg

Punch your holes and ink your handles up.

    7pik600.jpg

Glue your handles to your basket.

    7-2pik600.jpg

It will look something like this.

    8pik600.jpg

Get some thread and get it through your punched holes. Starting with the top holes.

    9pik600.jpg

till you have something like this. (Do not tie a knot yet.)

    10pik600.jpg

repeat the previous step and tie the first knot like this.

    11pik600.jpg

    Tie the second knot.

    12-1pik600.jpg

    your box is now finished.

    12-2pik600.jpg

This is what the inside will look like

make some fun tags to go inside the box. Mine are looking like this:

    Tag #1

    tag1pik600-1.jpg

    Tag #2

    tag2pick600-1.jpg

    Tag #3

    tag3pick600-1.jpg

    Inside of tag #3

    tag3insidepick600-1.jpg

I hope you like this little fun project.
