    The Lyon's stretch canvas that came in the February black canvas kit had some plastic thingies on the back. I have no idea what they are for. Could somebody let me in on the secret?

      Haha… Not so stupid question Sue. The canvasses I buy have them too, only in wood and I can't firgure out what they are for. I just throw them away.

        These are for preventing warping. If you look in the back of the canvas, there are slots for these. I think you only need these if you are using a lot paint. 🙂
