Kim made a suggestion in the SQTW – Stamps Forum a few days ago and that got me to thinking.

We have a lot of newbes here and I know that more may be lurking.
Is it time for some tutorials on basic techniques again?

      Newbes, what do you think?

      And Designers, are you game?

Yes, please let me know what you would like to see. It’s been too damn quiet around here. It’s time us savages kick up the damn dust!!!

I am willing to do some stamp tutorials, but I need to know what you want. We also have a new monthly feature in the works from Jan. She will post some sneak peeks for you.

So let’s hear it Savages, what do you what in new tutorials???

Well, the afore-mentioned stamping, of course.
How about some 101 on heat embossing? The different uses for stencils?
          Flower making? Distressing? Basic inking?

Peggy as always you are full of good ideas….I have never got the hand of embossing only end up making a mess, so suggestions there would be awesome.

So, it’s been my plan for a LOOONG time to make a reference guide/list for all of our tutorials so we can find them quickly. It’s going to take some time. I’m still trying to find an effective way to do it. We have so many, and a lot of them cover some basics. I know we could use more stamping tutorials! 🙂 I don’t use mine enough.

                        Rae, that would be awesome!!!!

It would be so good for the newbes to see all that’s possible and I’d love to be able to locate threads that I just know are here somewhere.
